Kevin Kaegel, Founder, General Manager and Executive Chef

 

UMSL Grad in Business, started a vending company in 2001. By 2008 we generated revenues of $1 Million. In 2016, opened an upscale restaurant in O’Fallon, MO. In 2023, combined the restaurant and vending companies to offer upscale lunches through our micromarkets at affordable prices. 

 

Tara Oventrop, Operations Manager

 

Mizzou Grad in 2006, worked for QT as an Assistant Manager before moving to their logistics division in 2009. In 2021, began working with the restaurant and now oversees the delivery and business operations of FC.
